How PackRoute handles your data

What stays in your browser

Your questionnaire answers, your results, the tasks you tick and the notes you write are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only.
They are not sent to GDPRGard or anyone else. You can erase them at any time with “Reset route check” on the plan page, or by clearing your site data.
PackRoute does not require an account and does not ask for payment details, tax IDs, EPR numbers, invoices or financial records.

Only then is anything sent: your email address and, for each country you selected, its name and result status. Your business profile and your notes are not sent.
We use your email address only to send that one message. We do not store it, add you to a mailing list, or use it for marketing.
The message is delivered through our email provider (Resend), which processes the address and message on our behalf in order to deliver it.
The endpoint limits how often it can be used and validates all input.

PackRoute itself sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The surrounding GDPRGard site has its own cookie banner and policy.
