Why It Matters

Deals are often lost at the proposal, not the pitch

A strong sales call can still lose the client to a slow, generic, or poorly structured proposal. For most SMBs, writing one from scratch — scoping the work, structuring pricing, setting clear terms — eats an evening you don't have, so the same tired template gets reused for every client regardless of fit.

ProposalForge turns a short brief into a complete, client-ready proposal in minutes, so you can send something sharp while the conversation is still warm.

1

Fill in the brief

The client, the scope of work, your rough budget or pricing approach, and the timeline.

2

AI drafts the full proposal

Scope, deliverables, timeline, pricing and terms — structured like a professional agency document.

3

Edit, brand and send

Adjust the wording, drop in your logo and details, and it's ready to go out that day.

Common Questions

Before you start

What information do I need to provide?
The client's name, a description of the work, your rough pricing or budget range, and a timeline. The more specific your brief, the more usable the first draft will be.
Is the output ready to send as-is?
Treat it as a strong first draft. Review the pricing, terms, and any client-specific details before sending — it's built to save you the blank-page problem, not to replace your judgement.
Does it include pricing and payment terms?
Yes, if you provide a budget range or pricing structure in the brief. If you leave it out, it drafts placeholder terms you can fill in yourself.
Is my client's information stored?
No. The brief you enter is sent to our AI provider to generate the document, then discarded — nothing is kept on our servers. See the note below for the full legal basis.
Is the proposal legally binding?
No — it's a sales document, not a contract. Once the client agrees, put the actual commercial terms into a signed agreement, ideally reviewed with ContractGuard or a lawyer for anything high-value.
Can I reuse a draft as a template?
Yes — save the structure and wording you like, then swap in new client details for future proposals rather than generating from zero every time.
