All 27 EU member states plus EEA countries. Our jurisdiction selector covers Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Poland, Croatia, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal, and more. Country-specific clauses are applied automatically based on your selection.
Is my data safe and GDPR-compliant? ▼
Documents you upload or generate are processed in memory only and never stored on our servers — there's no database to store them in. Your input is sent to Anthropic's API (our data processor for AI processing, US-based, under Standard Contractual Clauses) and discarded afterward. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the tool you've asked to use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you contact us or leave a review, that data (name, email, role, message) is handled by Formspree under your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). This site is hosted on Netlify (US-based). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to any of this processing — email hello@gdprgard.eu. Pro plan reviews are returned within 24 business hours. Expert plan customers get a 4-hour SLA. For data breaches with an active 72-hour deadline, we offer same-session emergency support — just use the "Get Emergency Support" button in BreachNotify.
Do you support languages other than English? ▼
Every tool supports 9 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, and Croatian. Select your language before generating and the entire document — every clause, heading and recommendation — is written in that language.
